SportRabbit Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM PRIZE.

1. To enter: Beginning at 12:00:00 PM Central Time (“CT”) July 26, 2010 and ending at 12:00:00 PM Central Time (“CT”) August 9, 2010 (the “Sweepstakes Period”), you may submit an entry form online at www.sportrabbit.com. Create a profile by entering your name, phone number, e-mail address, password, and home address and click “Submit”. Limit five hundred (500) online entries per person, per e-mail address, and per household during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of whether a person has more than one address or more than one person uses the same address. Winner will be selected from entries properly submitted and timely received during the Sweepstakes Period.

2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes are open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, who are thirteen (13) years of age and older. All employees of Luther Jacob, Inc., d/b/a SportRabbit.com (“Sponsor”), Internet Exposure (“Partner”) and the immediate families (spouse, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same households of each such employees (whether related or not), are ineligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Publicity: As a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, except where prohibited by law, each entrant and each winner by accepting a prize grants to Sponsor and its affiliates, legal representatives, assigns and licensees, all right, title and interest in the Sweepstakes’ entrant’s name, city, state, and biographical material (collectively, “Licensed Rights”) to publicize, broadcast, display and/or otherwise use the Licensed Rights in any media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, permission or approval of the winner. If necessary, the winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and Publicity release within five (5) business days of attempted notification or the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. By entering and/or by accepting the prize, you agree to have your name listed as the winner on www.SportRabbit.com, and in the SportRabbit free e-mail newsletter and on Participating Contributor's website.

4. Selection of Sweepstakes Winners/Odds: The potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about August 09, 2010. Winner will be selected from entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The potential winner will be notified via phone with the phone number submitted with the potential winner’s entry within two (2) weeks after the drawing. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, the judge of the Sweepstakes, whose decisions on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected at random. Any return of prize notification will result in forfeiture of any prize and an alternate winner may, at Sponsor’s discretion, be randomly selected.

5. Prize: Two (2) Grand Prizes with a total approximate retail value of up to $99.99 each to include: one (1) Favre or Peterson Jersey per winner.

6. Prize Restrictions: Prizes won by eligible individuals who are not of the age of majority under the laws of their state of residence (“minors”) shall be awarded in the name of the winner’s parent or legal guardian who must sign and return all documentation. No substitutions or cash equivalents permitted except at Sponsor’s option for a prize of comparable or greater value. Prizes are non-transferable. Federal, state and local taxes on prizes, if any, and any expenses related to acceptance and taking delivery of the prizes and to the use of prizes not specified are the responsibility of winners.

7. Alternate Means of Entry: You may also enter the Sweepstakes by mailing a standard-size postcard with your name and e-mail address to: SportRabbit’s Giveaway Sweepstakes, c/o SportRabbit, 2751 Hennepin Avenue South, Suite 309, Minneapolis, MN 55408. Postcard entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period to be included within the random drawing, and not more than one postcard/e-mail address may be submitted during the Sweepstakes Period.

8. Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree to the Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor and the judges, which shall be final in all respects. You agree that you shall not upload, post or transmit any materials which contain any computer viruses, Easter eggs, worms, Trojan Horses or other harmful component or programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, disqualify or terminate any entrant in the event that an entry become infected or is otherwise technically impaired. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Giveaway or the web site.

9. Limitations of Liability: Sponsor and Partner are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible or postage-due mail or entries, or for transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost because of computer error or malfunctions. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes at any time with or without notice to entrants if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and Sponsor and Partner shall assume no responsibility to entrants in such case.

10. Official Rules Requests: For a copy of the full Official Rules, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: SportRabbit’s Giveaway Sweepstakes Official Rules, c/o SportRabbit, 2751 Hennepin Avenue South, Suite 309, Minneapolis, MN 55408. Rules Requests must be received within three months after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

11. Winners List: For the names of the prize winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: SportRabbit’s Giveaway Sweepstakes Winners List, c/o SportRabbit, 2751 Hennepin Avenue South, Suite 309, Minneapolis, MN 55408. Winners List Requests must be received within three months after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Winners Lists will be sent when all drawings have concluded and winners have been verified. Confirmed winner(s) will also be posted on the Winners Page within three months after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
