Luther Jacob, Inc., d/b/a SportRabbit.com, and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, "SportRabbit")
when SportRabbit might use your information, how to protect your information, who has access to your
information, and how you can correct any inaccuracies in your information.
Web server logs: When you visit the Site, SportRabbit may track information to administer the Site and analyze its usage. Examples of information SportRabbit may track include:
- (a) Your IP address
- (b) The type of browser or computer you use
- (c) The webpage you linked to the Site from
- (d) The number of links you click within the Site
- (e) The pages you viewed on the Site
- (f) The state or country from which you accessed the Site
- (g) The date and time of your visit

Most internet browsers allow you to erase cookies from your computer hard drive, block all cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. Directly from the user: SportRabbit may offer sweepstakes or allow you to sign up for future newsletters or updates. When you sign up for any of these offers, SportRabbit may collect personal information about you (for example, your name, age, address, telephone number or e-mail address). No one will be excluded from using the Site for failing to provide this information, although you may be excluded from participating in the particular offer for failing to provide this information. When you participate in a particular offer, you may, but are not required to, register to receive SportRabbit’s newsletter.
SportRabbit takes appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These security measures include internal reviews of SportRabbit's data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where SportRabbit stores personal data.

If you provide personally identifiable information to SportRabbit in connection with a transaction that SportRabbit sponsors with a third party, you may also be providing that information to the third party. SportRabbit is not responsible for the privacy policies of the third party. SportRabbit may share non-personally identifiable information (e.g., the number of visitors to the Site and the specific pages visited) with business partners and other third parties to evaluate or enhance the Site or if such disclosure is required by law or for the safety of others.
SportRabbit may share non-personally identifiable information collected from any website advertising SportRabbit hosts on behalf of an advertiser with third parties in order to complete a transaction that you initiated, provide services to you or evaluate the hosted website.
SportRabbit recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of young children. Due to these issues and in order to comply with certain laws, SportRabbit does not intentionally collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen (13). It is important for parents to supervise and prevent access to inappropriate content, e-mail or chat sessions. All children should ask their parents or guardians for permission before disclosing any information on the Site.
If you do not want SportRabbit to contact you via e-mail, you can remove your name from its e-mail solicitation lists by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that even if you remove yourself from SportRabbit’s e- mail list, some e-mail messages may still come to you, such as e-mails with information about viruses, changes to your service or other types of product advisories.
